History of Tennis Zimbabwe
Tennis in Zimbabwe has a rich history that dates back several decades, with Zimbabwean players achieving international success in prestigious tournaments and representing the nation in global events like the Davis Cup and Billie Jean King Cup. Tennis Zimbabwe was established to continue this legacy by nurturing talent, supporting emerging athletes, and promoting a culture of sportsmanship, respect, and excellence. Our organization has celebrated numerous milestones and achievements that contribute to our vision of becoming a world-class tennis nation.

We’re proud of the achievements our athletes and organization have accomplished over the years. Highlights include training junior players who have ranked in the top ITF rankings, hosting successful national and international tournaments, and fostering partnerships that have increased the sport’s reach and support. These milestones are a testament to our commitment to excellence and the hard work of our dedicated players, coaches, and administrators.
